Revolutionary polyamide

Südtirol Fenster is the only manufacturer of wooden windows to combine wood with aluminium using polyamide, particularly suitable due to its extremely low dilation coefficient and reduced conductivity. The polyamide core guarantees the extremely high resistance of Thermo Royal. Thermal separation prevents maintenance problems.  
Polyamide is not PVC but rather compressed Nylon, combined with glass-fibre. This is the core of Thermo Royal as it joins two materials that couldn’t differ more one from the other. The external protective aluminum has a high elastic coefficient; the natural inner wood has a completely different behaviour. Only Polyamide can guarantee high stability even for the largest windows. PVC also has high elasticity coefficients but it needs to be supported by an internal metal frame even for standard sized windows.
